Blue-Advantage Plus of Kansas City, Inc. provides coverage for all MO HealthNet health programs, including MO HealthNet for Kids, MO HealthNet for Pregnant Women and MO HealthNet for Families.

Blue-Advantage Plus members come from many cultures. We are sensitive to the customs and cultural needs of our members. We want to improve our communication. We want our members to understand the communications to them from Blue-Advantage Plus and their health care providers.
Things we do to show our respect for the cultural background of our members include:
- Blue-Advantage Plus, transportation company, dental company, behavioral health company, and nurse advice line use a language line with people who speak over 100 languages.
- We have providers who speak languages in addition to English. This information is included in the Blue-Advantage Plus Provider Directory.
- Providers and their staff are educated about cultural diversity through workshops.
- We can provide member materials in other languages.
- Blue-Advantage Plus Staff are trained on cultural sensitivity.
- Blue-Advantage Plus meets with our partners, vendors and many community organizations to talk about cultural diversity.
- Blue-Advantage Plus asks members about their behavioral and medical care about cultural sensitivity on surveys and telephone interviews.
